At Lake Forest we welcome you to explore the meaning of life and the God who created all things. We work hard to foster a safe community for both spiritual explorers and skeptics and to be an encouraging partner for followers of Jesus Christ – to be a place for people who have given up on church but haven’t given up on God.

Our mission is to love people as they discover and live out their role in God’s story. We believe the church is not a weekly gathering, a building or an institution. It is a living organism made of people who are banded together in our Jesus-mission of loving each other and loving the world.

During our Sunday services, we aspire – through the Scriptures, wide-open rock-worship AND reflective music, prayer, and other less predictable sources – to encounter God in a compelling yet sacred environment. And during the week we gather in smaller groups to encounter God by “doing life together.”
