“Learn Colors 1-3” is an app designed by a parent to help his child learning colors.

For such little kids it is crucial to keep things simple. Even such gestures as swiping or hitting small controls could be too difficult for them. That’s why Learn Colors 1-3 relies only on taps and has simplest interface.

The app opens right to its main screen, which has 12 large buttons of different colors. Tap a button and a real picture of an object of that color will be opened and a voice will pronounce the color name. There are 5 different pictures for each color rotating after each tap. Having multiple images for each color makes it exciting for children. Colors are also shuffled on each application start to avoid associating colors with muscle memory.
