Our school opened in 1866, and caters for boys and girls, aged 4-11 years of age. At present, there are approximately 160 children on roll. We have seven classrooms, an ICT Suite, a library, a hall with fixed apparatus, an outside classroom and an orchard. Leven is set in pleasant grounds with a large field.. Our school is a happy and caring community where the relationships between teacher and child, between school and home and between school and the wider community are considered to be of special importance. Our aim is to provide a secure and stimulating environment, where children are motivated to become independent learners and thinkers with high expectations.
