LightWave is a breathing coach intended to help the user relax or fall asleep.

When the program is running simply focus on the screen and synchronize your breathing so that you inhale as the screen brightens and exhale as the screen becomes darker. You may either look directly at the screen itself, or turn up the brightness and allow the light to reflect off the ceiling. The breath length, timeout, and pulse color can be changed in the settings to allow the experience to be tailored to the user.
