This App shows Pubs and Clubs Added by other users. Where a venue has subscribed to LinkaPub's video streaming service there is a link to their web cam. This may help you decide where to go when looking for a suitable pub in your city or just entertain you while watching a live band.

The initial screen is populated with a list of Pubs within 15 miles of your current position (if another user has already added a Pub in your area). If there are no Pubs in the list you will need to Add your own or wait until another user adds a Pub.

There is a search feature where you can search a Pub by name or on the Map view search by a town or city name to see Pubs in that location.

To protect you from inappropriate user generated content you are required to create an account in order to add a Pub. Once registered you will also be able to save Pubs in a favourite list as well as upload photos taken while at the Pub.

A cool feature is the Facebook comments. Comment here to post on your Facebook page. The link provided on your Facebook page will allow your friends to view your photos posted on LinkaPub or watch the live streaming camera. So if you are in a LinkaPub Venue and in view of the cam, your friends can see you while you message them. A really handy feature for travelers.

This App is the Beta version. There will be more features in months to come. The take up on video streaming camera's in Pubs is a long slow process too. A really good example is to search for Tuna and view the Smokin Tuna Saloon stage cam. Once more video content is available this App is sure to be a winner.
