Lista! is a list manager application, useful to create and manage any kind of list, for example shopping lists, to do lists etc. The most important feature is the possibility to add items, not only by typing their name on the device keyboard, but also taking pictures or scanning a bar code. So a list can contains multiple elements. The process is straighforward first create a list, then you can start adding elemtents.
