There is also compatibility mode option. Use this with caution, ONLY when standard version doesn't work for you.

On some devices, there is known bug. When switching the compatibility mode (on/off) there can be seen glitches on screen. Don't worry, just go to settings once again and change the quality mode and it will fix.

If it still doesn't work, just apply current wallpaper and if it is still glitching, go to live wallpaper selection and pick this wallpaper again.
