This application allows you to track LoL's timers , either Twisted Treeline or Summoner's Rift .In summoner's rift you can even click the minimap to add green wards or hold to add pink ones giving you the ability to have a real time view of enemy vision.Expiring wards will be colored blue .

Kill a buff and click the appropriate button so that you will be voice notified when it is about to spawn(90 seconds prior) as well as when it has spawned so that it is easy to know when something is up and you dont have to look at your screen all the time or calculate the approx time write it down to chat and look for it afterwards.

In Twisted Treeline due to the fact there are no wards you can track down the timers of Altars, Relic and Vilemaw.Vilemaw is the only one having voice notification however because the other ones are on too short a timer
