Local Trader is a free application to manage your LocalBitcoins account powered by the LocalBitcoins API. With Local Trader you can update advertisements, message contacts, release trades, view profiles, or receive Bitcoin into your LocalBitcoins wallet.

Local Trader does not have authorization to send, fund or release trades. Your LocalBitcoins PIN required to use these features. The PIN code is set through your LocalBitcoins account profile page and is not set within the application. More information about setting a PIN code or to reset your PIN code, visit https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/profile/#toc6.

You will also need a LocalBitcoins account. If you don't have one, register for an account at https://localbitcoins.com/?ch=2hbo. Registration is free and takes just a few minutes.

SECURITY:

Local Trader does not directly access your LocalBitcoins login credentials. The login process occurs through the LocalBitcoins web site using Oauth2 authentication to retrieve a token. At any time you can revoke authorization through your LocalBitcoins account page.

Local Trader only requests authorization to edit advertisements, view account and wallet information, send and receive messages, and fund or release trades. In addition, to fund and release trades or to send bitcoin you are required to enter your LocalBitcoins PIN code which can be accessed from your LocalBitcoins account settings page.
