This app will let you easily put vital information of your choosing on your lock screen in an easy-to-read format, together with images or colours of your choice. You can choose between one or more screens of custom data, medical information, or contact details, and the lock screen will update periodically between active screens. In addition, a password can optionally be used to prevent unauthorized edits to your data.

If you've just had an accident, or a seizure, paramedics or police may check your phone and be able to find vital information about allergies, special conditions, and family contacts - even if it's locked! Similarly, if you lose your phone, someone may be able to contact you easier if they have information on the lock-screen they can reference.

With an optional in-app purchase, you can add images from various online sources (eg. Astronomy picture of the day, Bing wallpapers, various Twitter feeds), and also display current weather conditions!

- Windows Phone 8 only allows lock screens to change at most ~30 minutes, so I have added a switch in the Settings that allows you to show all the information at once (Screens will still change, featuring different information - but the other data is also included below it).
