Do you enjoy the comfort and ease of not having a password when unlocking your device, yet love the security when you are out and doing things? Are you stuck between wanting security and wanting easy access?

Well then check out Lockality!

With this app you can enter the name of your home WiFi address and a preset password. Then Start the app and now whenever you are at home your device will be password free! However leave the safety and comfort of our couch and go out, your device is automatically locked with your designated password! When you get home again and you go to use your phone the password will automatically be removed!

To use this app:

1) Please activate the Device Administrator. This is what allows the app to interact with the lock screen password, otherwise this app will not function.

2) Enter your password on this screen and press Set Password to set the password and show you exactingly what you entered. This may not be retrievable so please remember it. If you forget or mistype your password please email me.

3) Go to WiFi Settings and enter your home WiFi's SSID/name. If you are unsure of what this is press Show WiFi and use the SSID given. Type the name in and Click Save.

4) Once the Device Administrator is enabled and you have set your password and home WiFi go to the Home tab and press Start Lockality!

5) Relax and enjoy the comfort of knowing your phone is secure whenever you leave your house.

(NOTICE: This works best if your wifi settings are kept on always. To change this go to settings>wifi>advanced>Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep>Always. If "Always" is not selected your device will just be locked after waking up as it disconnects from wifi when it sleeps. During standard use like checking text messages, emails, etc, wifi should remain connected as you device will not sleep.)

**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

If you find yourself locked out of your device with an alphanumeric keyboard on the lock screen, try the password "notSetPleaseSet!" as the password without the quotes.

Permissions Description:

View WiFi connections: Used to determine what network you are connected to.

Run at Startup: Allows Lockality to be run at startup so that when your phone restarts you no longer have to Start Lockality from within the app.

Device Administrator needed to control the lock screen

Task Killing Apps can cause Lockality to malfunction. Please add it to your ignore list.

There is currently a bug in Android 4.4.2 that kills app services if the app is swiped away from the recent apps. If you swipe away Lockality it will not work correctly and you will need to manually restart Lockality from within the app.

There will be many new updates and a new UI and workflow coming soon. I apologize for the lack of ease-of-use at the moment.
