Loclfeed is a GIS-based messaging app for public service organisations (PSO's), e.g. local municipalities, town councils, emergency service agencies, etc.PSO's can broadcast location-targeted messages using their existing GIS feature classes hosted on ESRI’s ArcGIS Online portal.Broadcasting messages is relatively straight-forward:- add a polygon feature layer to the app from your ArcGIS Online account;- select polygon features by tapping them;- compose a message and send;- residents located within your selected polygon(s) will receive the message (if they are using the Loclfeed app).
