M3Connect is an application to allow a doctors offices to use the iPad for patients to complete the screen on the iPad. This simple interface allows the office staff to enter patient information, allow for patient confirmation, enable the patient to confidentially complete the brief questionnaire on the iPad and the information is automatically entered within the patient's account. To use this application in conjunction with M3Connect a practice would register for an account at M3Clinician.com. After registration this application can be downloaded to a iPad connected to the internet and seamlessly use the iPad.
