MP3 Downloader allows you to download MP3 files and store them locally for offline listening. You can download any MP3 file from the Internet and it will be stored in the downloaded MP3 library of this application.
Note that it is currently not permitted by Microsoft's development standards to add the downaloded music file to your phone's music+videos library.
