This production company was officially founded on August 12, 2006 by childhood friends, Varun Ashok and Mark Stanley.
The company funded a few amateur short video clips for the 1st two years. It then produced a drama called "Muthu Swamy - A Star is Born" in the year 2007. This went on to be a great hit. Ashok won great praise for his portrayal of a deluded South Indian Actor. This spawned a sequel directed by Stan called "Muthu Swamy - The Return". This was met with a good response as well.
