Please note: This application is a work in progress and probably contains many bugs.

Magma Music differs from most Android music players in that it does not use metadata or Android's media database. Instead, music is discovered and organised by directory structure.

What it does:

0) Treat every directory under Android's "Music" as an album

1) Pick an album randomly or from your queue

2) Play the album from start to finish

3) Goto 1

Q: Why not just use Google Music?

A: I like to listen to albums one at a time in a random order and seem to be in a vast minority of people that want this feature.

Q: How do I access albums purchased through Google Play?

A: Unfortunately, music in your Google Music library cannot be accessed directly by third party apps. I recommend following this guide to download your albums then copy them to /sdcard/Music (or wherever your system stores its music by default) https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/1233029

Q: Why have multiple albums been merged together?

A: Each directory one level below "Music" is treated as a single album. The "/Artist/Album/Track" directory structure is not supported (yet) and if used will merge all albums by each artist together.
