Man O’ War is a naval battle game featuring the most powerful and deadly ship to sail the seas in the 19th century, the dreaded man o' war. Choose to be either the captain of a single ship, or the admiral of an entire fleet, and sail into battle.
Your assignment is to do battle with the evil enemy and rid the seas of their foul presence. Create a fleet composed of powerful man o’ wars, versatile frigates, or fast and nimble corvettes. Tactics and strategy are all important in this game. Use the wind speed and direction to gain positional advantage over the enemy. Use the faster corvettes to protect the flanks, and align the giant man o’ wars to fire full devastating broadsides. And if all that fails, you can always just ram into them! Just don’t run aground on any of the islands or their hidden coral reefs.
