An experiment in crowd sourced reporting of civic issues and resolutions. Users can upload, review and rate civic issues that concern them to notify the concerned authorities.

EXPLANATION OF PERMISSIONS:

1. Coarse Location/Fine Location: The app requires the location information of the user while uploading a new report to ensure a degree of correct information.

2. Access to contents of SD card: The app requires to store images retrieved for viewed reports on the SD card

3. Network Access / View Network Connections: Required to send and retrieve report information

4. Test Access to protected storage: For temporary storage of photo accompanying new report
