Select your recipients - from a list of your contacts, or enter a phone number.

Press "Capture Video" (either front or back camera). Tap the screen when prompted and record your video (1 minute) and then an SMS will be sent with a link to the video.

As easy as that!

Note - Google requires me to include 2 screenshots as a minimum...there's really only two screens in this app - choose your recipients and record video - so only two screenshots below.
