Tariq Jameel was a student of MBBS in Nishtar Medical College, Multan before he realized that he should learn the Quran and Hadith, so he left the MBBS and enrolled in Raiwind Madrisa ( School ) for Islamic studies. He represents the Tablighi Jamaat, a non political party preaching Islamic values. He has travelled extensively for his cause and has given thousands of lectures all over the world. His base of operations, as of all the tablighis in pakistan is the Markaz at Raiwind Lahore from where they go out all over Pakistan and abroad to preach islamic values."
