1. Anti-Virus

There are several scan options:

Quick scan: Scans only installed applications on the Device.

Full scan: Scans entire android device including Memory card.

Scan Memory card: Scans only memory card in Android Device.

Settings Scan: Scans Android application settings for security purpose and checks permissions.

2. Anti-Theft

If your Android Device is stolen, this feature can help track it.

It includes SIM Change Alert, remotely Lock the device, Wiping data remotely, Sound an alarm and get current Location.

All these features can also be enabled remotely from the portal devicetracker.maxsecureantivirus.com in case you do not have SIM card on your device or forgot to set Anti-Theft ON, in the App.

3. Block Call/SMS

Blocks Calls and SMS from numbers in the Contact list or unknown phone numbers.

To enable call block on your Android device follow these steps:

Tap Call / SMS block option. Select "Activate Call / SMS block" check-box.

Add phone numbers in the Black list to block Call / SMS from these numbers.

Add phone numbers in the White list to allow Call / SMS from these numbers only. Call/SMS from ant other numbers will be blocked.

Note:- Block Call / SMS feature works only for incoming Calls / SMS. It doesn’t block outgoing Calls / SMS.

4. System optimizer allows you to manage/ terminate apps.

a. Optimize Memory:

It terminates running apps so that all the memory used by various Apps can be freed.

Please note that several applications may re-launch themselves.

b. App Manager:

App manager shows all apps that are installed on your device and memory they are using, you can uninstall any of these apps from here

6. Backup Contacts

You can back up all or some of the contacts to Max Secure Cloud Server or SD Card on your device.

To Back up your contacts to Cloud Server / SD card or Restore the contacts from Cloud Server / SD card to your Android device, Tap on ‘Backup /Restore’ Contacts. Use the same password you have used for Anti-Theft.

5. Network stats monitors network traffic usage

The network monitor application summarizes your total network traffic used including wifi and Mobile data usage. It shows how much is used, how much is remaining. In short it shows the status of network traffic.
