Meditation Source provides guided lessons for beginners as well as more advanced meditators. This app provides an in-depth, step by step guide to a range of meditation styles, from a variety of spiritual and secular traditions and sources.
This app allows you to select a meditation style and learn about its purpose, benefits and structure from an audio introduction. You can then listen to the guided meditation itself. The app tracks how many times you have completed each meditation and unlocks successive levels of a instruction based on completed attempts.
The meditations were written and recorded by Monique Shefer, who has over 12 years of experience teaching Yoga and various forms of meditation. She herself has over 30 years of personal meditation experience.
