Meditoons™ are animations designed to simplify and explain medical disorders. After watching one, the viewer will be more familiar with normal anatomy, function and ultimately how the disease develops. The animations are less than a minute in length. Displayed on an iPad or iPhone, Meditoons™ are used as a portable aid in counseling patients in any setting. They are ideal for acutely ill patients and their families, admitted through the Emergency Room. They are also an educational tool for the physician’s office. Both patients and families are encouraged to learn about the disease.
