Eye Exams List - to keep a record of your eyeglass prescriptions.Having this information available on your personal mobile device makes it easy to present your medical info and history in case of emergency, and/or in situations where your need to tell/recall your prescriptions.The lists are simple and brief, to contain only the essential information.All lists can be printed and/or emailed as PDF attachments.For user interface, the lists are displayed using iOS Table.For data storage, the application uses iOS SQLite database.
