This application helps you to track your smoking habits.I created this app when taking part in a "smoke free" training. One of the assignments within this training is to keep a record of each cigarette you smoke during a day including the reason for smoking it and whether or not this was necessary. For this record the book for this course provides small pieces of paper where you note the single cigarettes.However I figured that carrying this paper along with a pen is not very comfortable so I decided to create an iPhone(iPod touch app to keep the record as the iPhone is something I always carry with me.As this program is a german institution the app is currently only available in german language.
