Merchants Mobile gives Merchants Insurance Group’s policyholders secure access to billing information, allows users to document and report automobile claims on the spot in the event of an accident and contains important travel information and contact numbers while on the go.

Merchants Mobile lets you:

Securely access your billing information and current term payment history

Make payments using either eCheck or credit card

Contact Merchants’ claims service

Report an auto glass claim

Connect to your auto policy information online to retrieve vehicle & driver information

Document and report an auto accident claim in real-time

Know what to do in the event of an accident

Know how to get roadside assistance

In order to use all features of Merchants Mobile you must:

Be a Merchants Insurance Group customer with a Merchants' user ID and password

Be enrolled and registered on www.merchantsgroup.com
