Minerva Music Fest is an all day rock concert event. This year’s event will be held on August 6, 2011 at Ballard Park in Tupelo, MS. Last year’s event was an enormous success, but this year’s event is going to be bigger & better. It will feature 3 outdoor stages with a variety of rock acts from all over the country.
