Welcome to our website I hope that it will give you an idea about our company and the diverse range of businesses that we are involved in. We are and always have been a very entrepreneurial company seeking out and maximizing business opportunities in most fields.

Our aim was to be the market leader in providing both products and services to an aspirant and developing economy. The original strategy was to create our own business concepts such as New Collection Fashion apparels, F1/ F2 Furniture City, Edison Electric , Ming Wuoy Design and Décor and the Place Gym. These instantly became the market leaders in their categories and have maintained this over time despite increasing competition.

As of late we have changed our strategy in recognition of a changing “brand” driven world and over the last 2 years have targeted both Asian and International Brands.

As a result since 2011 we have signed exclusive franchise or distribution deals with the following brands: URS and Pedro shoes from Singapore, Osim (wellness products), Technogym ( gym equipment) from Italy and KTM ( bikes) from Austria. In addition we have also signed adidas for the Kingdom of Cambodia with other negotiations already underway.

We will, when there is an opportunity still create our own concepts but primarily we are interested in Brands. What category the brand belongs to is less important than the fact that it has to have instant recognition in Cambodia. A well known and well performing European, Asian or American brand has no relevance if not well known here and we have to expend time and money to educate the people of Cambodia.
