Mobius/#16 cameras don't have WiFi capability. Therefore a USB to WiFi "converter" app must be running on another Android device; this app is the "converter" app that allows Client app 'Mobius WiFi Tools' to work.

Requirements:

1-Client app 'Mobius WiFi Tools' must be installed/running on another Android device;

2-Mobius ActionCam and/or 808 #16 Camera.

If the above requirements are not met, this app is completely useless.
