Take control of your nutrition. Simply give Monitor Me some basic information about yourself (Height, Weight, etc) and your goal (lose weight, maintain weight) then it will calculate your personal target intake of calories, carbohydrates, protein and fat.
Log your foods and track your progress. Build up your own database of foods so you can quickly log items you eat often.
Fine tune your targets. If you have particular needs or want to set your own goals, you can easily modify the nutritional aims using the settings menu.
Export your progress. You can easily email all your daily totals as an attachment so you can monitor your progress over time in an application such as Excel.
