This application will help you to track, analyse and improve your personal live experience.

It samples your subjective input on your momentary mood and your activities during the period. It collects statistics on the 4 important components that maintain our wellbeing. In that way it also serves as a reminder not to postpone and not to forget:

1. To be physically active

2. To face some mental challenges

3. To maintain social contacts

4. To have fun and share affection

In this way it helps you to be more conscious of the live choices you take during the day.

The reminder comes on random intervals with mean value configured by you.

The App collects data locally and on wish in personal Google form.

You can get your data as text file on the device. If you provide the Google Form URL, the App will submit the data in your personal Google Table. In that way you can run some nice statistics on your own input, or data mine your data in any suitable way to improve your life experience. The App provides your samples with unique number, so you can use it for collecting input simultaneously from many users. Afterwards it could be analysed in any statistical or data mining software of your own.

Even if you do not use complicated statistics the App will not forget to remind you to lead a healthy live.

To use Internet storage in the Google Form, make your own Form with 7 text fields as follows: Sample Time, Submit Time, Mood, Mental, Social, Emotional, Physical, User. Then allow submission of data and copy the form code (or the URL for data submission in the App).

The Mood is collected on the scale of 0..10

The activities are on the scale of 0..3

You can sync any time your data with provided Google Form using the submit menu.
