Muscle Plan is an application to help you organize your training sessions by days and by muscle groups, by automatically generating a day’s workout according to the current day plan. Each generated day’s workout is composed of different exercises – the more exercises defined the more variety and with more variety means that muscles will have a less chance to adapt to a workout routine, theoretically providing higher performance gains.
How to start using this application:
1. First navigate to the Manage Exercises option in the main menu and for each muscle group add all the exercises you intend to do
2. After all exercises have been defined, navigate to the Manage Days, in the main menu, and add the days that compose your workout routine. For example if you have 4 days in your routine create 4 day plans and name them Day1, Day2… etc.
3. For each created day plan add the muscle groups you intend to work on that specific day, for example, if you wish to do 3 chest exercises and 2 bicep exercises, add 3x the chest and 2x the bicep muscle groups.
4. Finally, with your routine set all that is left is to generate today’s workout routine. For that navigate to the List workouts, in the main menu, and press the add button at the bottom of the screen. At the top of the workout list a new workout will appear and to see which exercises you’ll be doing click on the eye icon. At the workout details page you will see all the exercises plus a youtube icon that allows you to search for videos about the respective exercise and a another eye icon which allows you to see/edit the exercise details (reps x sets and weight). This will allow you to keep track of your progress.
