My Connected Car allows you to view and control remotely your vehicle.
My Connected Car is currently available for Malaysian and the following European markets: United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, Sweden.
My Connected Car will be soon available in additional countries.
Depending on your country and your service subscription, your Vodafone telematics unit and the options installed, you will be able to remotely:
- View information about your service profile
- Find your vehicle and get directions to reach it
- Set a geo or speed fence
- Lock your vehicle
- Disarm the system
- Receive Alerts notifications
- View data about the vehicle trips
- Call your National Service Provider for customer service
- Declare a theft to the Secure Operating Center
Your vehicle must be equipped with a Vodafone telematics unit.
To access My Connected Car you must use Client Number and Password received at the activation of the Vodafone service.
