This is the free version (LITE) - the free version allows you to create three registers.

A daily register / journal that is completely customizable with a simple interface that also allows the creation multiple registers.

There are many programs that allow you to keep track of time , expenses etc. on a daily basis but for the most part are very rigid with what type of information you are able to capture.

This program lets you set up one or more registers (journals) each with it's own form and allows you to track just about anything on a daily basis, so for instance to memorize your daily work you could create a form that contains information similar a timesheet (for instance description, client, type of work , hours etc.) or another form to keep track of your expenses (expense category, description, amount etc.) or another register to keep track of your car petrol consumption (km, amount, etc.) and so on. You can also take photos of receipts or other things.

The program can also manage multiple lists that can also be global and accessible across forms. These lists can be for instance “clients” , “work category” etc.

The fields (data) you can capture are date, time, text, numbers, lists , global lists, photos, gps location, barcodes and audio recordings.

NOTE: GPS location and audio recorder is active ONLY when you create and use the fields in question.

There is also a backup and restore system, an export system to export your data to a text file or email the data exported (with images if there are any).

4. Click on Setup and set your date format

Here is a quick simple example to create a register of your restaurant receipts :

1. Press a date on the calendar

2. It will ask if you want to create a register , reply yes

3. Press Add and type in a name for your register (say "restaurant")

4. Save it.

5. Press the "<" button to return to the calendar

6. Press a date on the calendar again you should see a list with the name of the register , click on it

7. It will ask if you want to add some columns, reply yes

8. Here it now depends on what you would like to capture - lets use our example - we want say to register our restaurant receipts , so the first column is Amount, second is Name and third a photo of the receipt.
