My Medical Journal is a free iPhone & iPad app enables the user to indicate his or her pain on the human body. You can use My Medical Journal for recording pain, notes, check up’s, medications, doctor’s information, scheduling appointments, and pill reminder. Furthermore the app features an option to email & print your “Journal entries” to your doctor and or chosen recipient.

The sole purpose of this app is to help the user and their doctor have a better understanding of the user’s pain and symptoms. In hopes of recording journal entries and tracking the patient’s progress, your physician will help answer health questions such as “ Why am I experiencing pain?” and “How do I become pain free?”
