You have all your favourite recipes in cookbooks books collected over the years. They are on your bookshelf, but how do you find that favourite recipe? Use My Recipe Index to keep track of those recipes for you!You can search for a specific recipe that you know exists,or search by ingredient for inspiration (I need something made with Chocolate – now!)or to use up the ‘other half’ of the unsalted butter,or the vegetables that you found at the back of the fridge.To set it up, enter basic details for each recipe, including the cookbook, page and key ingredients. You can then do a search and easily find that recipeso you can pull the cookbook off the shelf and start cooking!As you enter more recipes, My Recipe Index will prompt you with autocomplete to make it easier for you to add your ingredients.If you want to keep the whole recipe electronically, you can of course enter the method with the recipe as well.Organising your recipes is easy with custom categories. If you are editing a recipe and find you need a new category you can add it right there when you need it. Every recipe can be in one or more categories so you can easily find it later.Once you have entered details from your cookbooksyou can exchange files with your friends through iTunes file sharing.Just look down the bottom of the Apps tab in iTunes when your device is connected.If you have multiple devices you can share your recipes between them using iCloud.Note: For support please use the feedback button in the app. We are keen to help you with any problems but we have no way to respond to your app review comments.
