Play the MyCity: Glasgow game to get more active and learn more about Glasgow in the summer of the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Earn energy points by walking to achieve daily goals and unlock iconic buildings on your digital map of Glasgow. Also improve your knowledge of Glasgow by answering fun quizzes about the city and its links with the Commonwealth. You can play MyCity anywhere, but if you are in Glasgow you can access extra 'treasure' trail challenges by physically visiting places and unlocking hidden stars. Players can also take selfies, share their progress on facebook and play for a Commonwealth Country.

This version of MyCity is a research prototype and the research team at the University of Glasgow will be using anonymised and aggregated data collected from the app to find out who is playing the game and how it is being played.
