Control your home appliances using Cortana which is a personal smartphone assistant in Windowsphone 8.1
This app works only with the supporting hardware.
The Hardware is connected to the mobile through Wifi network.

The latest WP8.1 have personal smartphone assistant named Cortana. Use the Cortana to control your Home appliance and Door.
HI-LINK HLK-RM04 Serial Port-Ethernet-Wi-Fi Adapter module is used in this project. The Microcontroller AT89C2051 is used in the Hardware.
Even you can use Arduino with wifi shield. Just follow the commands issued from the app.
