MyMemory

Use MyMemory to keep track of information that is not easy to remember. It is an organized way to keep track of information. With MyMemory you can create any number of categories of things to remember. Categories can be of anything. You create the categories. For example categories can be about your cars, dirt bikes and ATVs, names and passwords, your computers, boats, recipes or your home.

After creating a category you create any number of items within that category. If you create a category named cars. Within that category you can create items such as My Car or My Wifes car. Then for each item or car you enter information such as year, make, model, towing capacity, fuel filter number, oil filter number, the date the oil was last changed etc. You create the category. You create the items within each category and you enter the information about each item. You have full control in regards to what data you want to track about anything.

You could create a category called Names and passwords. Within that category create several items like financial passwords and internet passwords etc. Within the financial passwords enter pin numbers for your debit card, user names and passwords for your online banking or online bill pay. For internet passwords enter user name and password information for Facebook, Google+, Roadrunner, your desktop, your laptop, a singles website or any user name and password you want to track.

Create a category named Home. Create an item with in Home called Contractors. Within contractors enter information about plumbers, roofers, carpenters, remodelers, electricians, septic people. If you want to be more specific then create an item called Electricians. Then track your favorite electricians individually. Create an item called carpenters and do the same thing.

It's up to you. MyMemory is very flexible. You organize your categories. You organize your items within a category. You organize the information within each item just about any way you want. The information about each item can be organized like a form with names like Wells Fargo in the left column and the user name and passwords in the right column or you can put the bank name with user names and passwords all in one column. Putting the usernames and passwords beneath the bank name. Then you can have more unrelated information to the right about another thing you need to store names and passwords about.

All information you enter about an item can be very long. Each textbox you enter information in is multilined. So you can enter paragraphs of information about anything.

After all items have been entered you can move rows up or down. You can clear a row or a column. You can also not clear a column so that data entry for similar items does not need to be retyped. Very efficient.
