In my early twenties, I maintained a healthy form through Division-I sports at a US Military Academy, earning the title of top 1% of physically fit. Once, I went into the workforce, it became hard to maintain that healthy lifestyle. I searched the market and found many good exercise systems, but none that combined core training and the progressive capabilities of bungee stacking. Being that I am always on the move, I needed a portable workout solution. So, as a former NASA engineer, I was able to use my technical knowledge to build an effective workout product.
