For every activity you enter, you’ll see the muscle and cardio effect, and simply input your personally experienced strain level on a four level scale with a few taps, and time for cardio activities.You can plan workout sessions including strain levels, and then input the actually performed strain level, along with notes per activity.In the status view, you can track how your aggregated workout affects your muscles day to day, and a cardio meter that registers cardio workout. Recently performed workout results in red markup, which over time gets purple and back to plain blue.
