This app is part of the NISHE system for event participants. It is designed as a tool for participants to add presentation/exhibits of interest into their NISHE accounts via their mobile phones or tablets. Collected materials are recorded and displayed as a list within each event title. The app syncs the collected materials to the user's NISHE account if internet connection is available, otherwise, it stores the information and syncs it once internet connection has been established.

The username and password for this app are the same as the NISHE log in details.

Main functions:

* Barcode Scanner

This function activates the camera of the user's mobile device and deploys an integral QR reader for scanning the QR codes appearing on the tags located in close proximity to the presentation/exhibits.

How to use: Keep your device within 1.5 meter from the QR code and within an angle of 20 degrees from the centre of the code. For best results, keep the mobile parallel to the tag. Scanning efficiency will depend on the quality of the device's camera.

* Manual Code Entry

This function allows the user to manually collect items of interest to his NISHE account by typing in a unique code of the item. The text is not case-sensitive but there should be no spaces between the characters. This function can also be used at any time outside the events.

* Sync

Manually sync your collected materials to your NISHE account at any time.

* Log out

Only log out once you are sure that your collected materials have been synced with your NISHE account. On log out, any unsynced information will be permanently lost.

Additional feature:

The app can enable the flashlight of the device (if one exists) through the press of the volume button. This can assist scanning in low light conditions.
