This app contains an audio/visual tour for the exhibit, "Robert Davidson: Abstract Impulse," on view at the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian in New York from April 12, 2014 to September 14, 2014.The National Museum of the American Indian’s exhibitions explore the diversity of the Native people of the Americas. Now you can carry the NMAI-NY with you wherever you go. Use the NMAI-NY app to take multimedia tours of the museum’s permanent and temporary exhibitions. Our mission is to help you understand and enjoy the traditional and contemporary art at the museum. This app was created working with the Indianapolis Museum of Art using the free and open-source tools TourML & TAP. This project continues important work within the museum community to create mobile standards and open-source tools.
