NU3MINBLAST is an app designed to challenge the body with general movements and basic calisthenics through a unique sequence. This targets the core while boosting the metabolism to develop a more lean fit look. We encourage all participants to do NU3MinBlast workouts whenever able throughout the day, but at minimum twice a day for best results.
