When you launch the app, it shows the face of MMS if your phone is on silent mode and face of Mr Narendra Modi if your phone is on Ringer mode.

YOU CAN SWITCH BETWEEN THE RINGER MODE AND SILENT MODE BY CLICKING THE PICTURE.

The app also has a small 2*2 widget that you can set on your home screen to switch between ringer mode and silent mode. To set the widget

1. Long press on your homescreen.

2. Select Widgets.

3. Select Namo Vs MMS from the List

4. Done

So, if you see Mr Narendra modi in the picture, your phone is in Ringer mode and if you see MMS in the picture, its in Silent mode. Please Remember to switch your phones to MMS mode before entering an important meeting.
