This app simply lists all of your contacts that have addresses in alphabetical order. Simply touch their name to start navigating to the address stored under that contact.

There's also a "Go Home" button which, as the name implies, navigates to "home". The navigation app automatically replaces "home" with your address, if enabled and set.

In the menu is a link to your navigation app, just in case.
