Head chef Anthony Orjollet(Ex-Head chef at Mosaic Restaurant in Bali,No 84 in the world according to Pellegrino Awards 2009) and his team,is composing a 6 courses menu ,inspired from French gatronomy and Asian culture, focussing on products from local high-end producers.
