The Club offers a large free weight room, three circuits of selectorized strength equipment, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, racquetball, basketball, volleyball, over 50 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, nursery, Cafe, spacious locker rooms with Jacuzzi, steam, and sauna, over 80 group exercise classes (including Zumba, TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Weights, Water Aerobics) per week, and more!

Our Cafe is open daily serving breakfast, lunch and healthy snacks including wraps, salads, grilled pizza, all natural smoothies, protein shakes, and juice. Call ahead or fill out an order form when you arrive to have your order ready when you are. No cash on hand? Just put it on your house charge!
