Windows Phone 8 Update 3 / Lumia Black or newer is required for using custom message, email or calendar tones. Unlike ringtones the sounds for these functions cannot be set directly in the application.

- Press the plus icon to save any sounds you like to your Custom tones

- Go to phone settings and select your message, email or calendar tones as usual. Custom tones section is found at the top of the list
