Nordea Next is Nordea’s experimentation lab where we involve our customers in evaluating some of our new ideas for digital services. The Nordea Next app is an extended version of our mobile banking app where you can evaluate a selection of our new ideas while doing your regular banking. Currently you can log in to Nordea Next with light login (Forenklet innlogging) and with BankID on mobile. You can use the Nordea Next app in the same way you use the Nordea mobile banking app. Furthermore, you will be among the first to see and use some of the new ideas Nordea is working on. While you manage your finances you will occasionally be ex-posed to new ideas. We are interested in knowing how you respond to these new functions and services in order to assess what ideas to develop further. In the Nordea Next app there is an in-built feedback feature.For enhanced user experience in some of the functionality the app will need access to the camera and location of your phone.
